Darn Cat

We dont like cats.
We arent cat people.
Plus they make us all sneeze.

There is a cat that has decided we have a fine backyard to live in. So he does. His being in our backyard makes the two dogs that live on both sides of us crazy. So they bark. This barking bothers Joseph. Wakes him at night. Bothers him during the day.
Would it be unneighborly of me to call the pound to come get this cat?
I dont think it's nice that this cats owner is letting him run wild about the neighborhood. What kind of pet is it that only comes home to eat? I dont understand it.
