Heaven

I wont lie... I long to see Hawaii. Europe would be nice. There are trips and things I would love to do. Lounge and relax on a deserted beach, heaven would be a clean house, we dont exchange fancy gifts around here for holidays seems we are always on a budget that oddly gets smaller and smaller every year.

But I do have one of the bestest things on earth there is not enough money in the world for you to buy it.
When Joseph wakes in the middle of the night he likes to snuggle up close to my head and hold it like it's his favorite stuffy and say in a sleepy little voice "me momma" and off he goes to dream land while I lay and watch him breath, with our head thisclose.. I will count his eye lashes, say a small prayer of thanks and rub his head on the left side right where I imagine his stroke took place. As if my momma kisses can make that boo boo better. If only.
It's the best part of my job. The best part of my life. It's what gets me thru all the other stuff that really, really stinks.
