Boy at Dom's work moves in with girlfriend. They go to Ikea, Bed Bath and Beyond. She's happily playing house, he gets a fancy big tv rent is half now. He goes thru the motions. Last weekend (Make a note of this it's important later in the story the weekend BEFORE Valentines day) He says "Hey baby lets go to Vegas" she packs, they get on a plane off they go.
All weekend long. Nice hotel. Nice dinner. Show at the Hard Rock. Life is good.
On the plane ride home, she turns to him and says "I really thought you were gonna ask me to marry you this weekend"......... he's gazing in to her eyes as she says this.... and LAUGHS at her!!!!
If she's living under that roof with that man. If he ever hopes to sleep with her or any woman again he should count himself lucky. I would cut the power cord to that damn tv. His life would be hell. Draino can be hiddin in his underwear and he wont know it till things get moist.
As this boy tells the story at work the group around him (all men) laugh and make jokes. Dom hung his head. He knows where her hopes were and he crushed them. Dom told him "you hurt her and it's not going to leave her memory" He said it was a very long silent ride home from the airport oh yes my friend it should have been!
