I dont know if I get this from my dad or my aunt. But if you make us mad we hold a grudge for awhile. I am not sure if my aunt is even talking to her sister in law even after all these years over a chocolate cake!! If you piss us off... we dont forgive and forget easily.
So I have no love for Hollywood video. Several times I go in there and they dont have what I want. It makes me crazy. I wanted Narnia. They didnt have it. They offered King Kong.... no I dont think so. Every time Joseph sees a King Kong commercial he runs to me and says "Me scared" it's pretty cute but no. The boy was really pushing King Kong and I kept saying no. He says to me "Did you promise Narnia to your kids?" I told him no I dont promise them things cuz stuff like this happens I said I was gong to try to get it. No biggee. He again said King Kong was good. I said "Look my son read the book we would like Narnia it's not a big deal I'll wait" he would NOT drop it. NO way! He tried to tell me it wasnt that good, totally different from the book. I asked him if he had read the book and he admitted no but that was just what he heard.
They didnt even have Brokeback mountain and I was not about to hear what he was going to suggest in place of that so I did not ask if they had any in the back.
So I came home and did some research and joined Netflix. Robyn seems to really dig it. We'll see. The cool thing is I got to sit at home and browse the selections without chasing Joseph about the store. I saw movies to pick from that I had forgotten I wanted to see.
I am expecting my first selections soon. We'll see how this goes.
