Last night I slept for 8 hours straight! I am amazed. I woke up this morning and felt.... happy! I did not look forward with dread. It's amazing what sleep will do for a person.Joseph went to bed at 8:30 and woke up about 10 just for a bit went back to sleep really quickly and then did not wake again till 6:20! This has happened maybe three times since he was born. I am usually up at least twice a night if not more.
Derek woke up but he went to daddy and just crawled in to bed which I was totally fine because hey baby I am sleeping.
I want to walk up to everyone I see and say "I slept last night"
I am not crazy enough to think this is a done deal if it doesnt happen again for a few months I am good it will be a good memory. Maybe it's an early mother's day gift.
