Forgive me

I want to apologize to the family and those that personally knew little Reuben Castillo.
I judged his mother maybe a bit to harsh. I suppose we will never really know what happened. Why little Reuben was allowed to get on that ferris wheel alone. I believe it might have been an error in judgment on his mother. She will have to live with that. I think the ride attendant might have wanted to say something he will have to live with that too.
It was an accident. A horrible tragedy. That's the thing about accidents sometimes you don't see them coming, sometimes you just don't stop and take that extra moment to think. Hindsight is 20/20. Those looking after the fact can point and click our tongues at how those involved should have done this or that.
I am sorry this happened. I am so very very sorry. I am sorry if I offended anyone. I am sure his mother loved him very much. I am sure those that knew him will miss him forever.
