Oh Lordy when is it going to rain?
I am so anxious for rain. Anxious for cool weather, cloudy days.
Just cant come soon enough.
I am doing homework. Lots of it.
Daddy is in the backyard planting seeds with the boys for Derek's school project.
You wouldnt hardly know Joseph has the pox. He's totally fine.
Hopefully he wont miss too many days of school.
Ok back to the books.

Isn't it funny how one thing can affect two children differently? I love that he isn't doing a double take of Derek. I mean, that would be hard again.
And be careful what you wish for, remember when it wouldn't stop raining and you were all dying about all the rain? Kay. Watch your words missy. You might get a monsoon (even though you don't GET monsoons in Cali, you just might talk one up).
