Popetes

In Dom's family there is this delicious appetizer that has been in his family a very long time. Very few people know how to make them and those that do say they are not as good as Grandmas. So finally we have the receipe for Popetes. Dominic is in the kitchen as we speak making them for the very first time.
He's nervous. The boys love them, my mom loves them, so there is this added pressure. I am sure they'll be wonderful. The thing is the receipe says things like "drain all the water till it feels right"
"add more cheese"
"fry till it's a nice brown"
Dom doesnt work like that. He needs specifics.
We went to the cemetary today to visit our relatives. To ask Grandma Pavone to be with us. We are channeling her energy thru Dominic.
