Dominic gets a bit crazy when the boys watch too much tv. I do too sometimes. But sometimes I want them to just sit still wont you just sit still? Do you have to play space station and jump off the couch? Do we have to play Zamboni in the kitchen with the laundry basket?

They are healthy active boys that's all fine and good. Amen.

So when they do sit to watch something more often than not it's The Discovery Channel. Joseph loves Dirty Jobs. Loves Mike Rowe. Will even say "Hey I am Mike Rowe" grab some tools and make a face or pretend he's chasing an Alpaca he just belly laughed his way thru that episode.

Derek loves Mythbusters. I dig it too. Sometimes it's so much science my head just wants to explode but I always learn alot and they do to. I think Derek might have a crush on the red hair girl. He says "She's not too girlie and shes smart I like that" cant argue with that. When a mythbusters marathon is on we as a family will just sit and watch the whole darn thing.

I dont think all tv is bad now when they start trying to bust their own myths then it's a totally different story.
