Potty training 101

Potty training Derek was the easiest thing I have ever done in my life. It was done in one day. He just decided he was done with diapers and that was that. It was just a week past his third birthday. Daddy was gone so I just did it. When daddy came home from being gone for 17 weeks he asked why Derek was wiping (hey at least he wasnt sitting down to do it) and said I did it all wrong. He the kid wasnt wetting the bed at night and he wasnt wearing diapers I felt I was a success. So when Joseph came along (another boy ) he said "I'll do this one" fine.
Joseph has been 3 since July. Nothing happening.

So today Joseph decided no diapers thanks.Ok. So I sat the timer on the microwave and I have been running his booty into the bathroom tyring to coax the pee out.
Nothing.
He'll turn to me pull his shoulder up and say "see momma nothing"
So I'll leave it in daddy's capable hands. He can potty train this one this weekend.
Seems fair to me. Can he do it in a weekend? Maybe he needs a good book.
