yawn

If working out and eating better and skipping the caffeine is suppose to give me more energy than why oh why am I so darn tired?
I have been walking 30 minutes a day (for 3 days now) no soda at all, nope. No chocolate, more veggies and fruits and I can feel my body changing in just these 3 days I dont feel so bloated. I am sure the energy will come in time.
I have my eye on several dresses for my cousins wedding. Nice dresses not just a skirt from Target and top I already have nope. Nice nice nice.
Gotta look nice in it too.
