I spent part of the afternoon with an old, dear, wonderful, bestest friend I've got. We have had our ups and our downs but in the end after all these years we are still friends and that means a lot to me. That's her the blond with all that hair. Those were the days.

Our kids played till they wore themselves out. We sat and talked about this and that and gossiped, it was just a very nice day. She has a wonderful home and has made a nice life.

AND SHE LOOKS AMAZING. I mean My God. If you had just seen her maybe what 6 months ago you would not believe it was the same person nor would you believe that she (like me) is on her way to 40.

I am inspired.
