A series of storms passed through Virginia today. They missed our old stomping grounds of the Tidewater area (Hampton, Newport News) thank goodness but they did go through Suffolk and a few areas just east of Richmond. So far 200 people are hurt and homes were damaged and destroyed.
I remember those spring/April storms. They scared the pants off of this California girl.
Send some prayers to all of those folks in good ole VA as they clean up and rebuild. Virginia was good to us and I still have some really great friends there (Jenn for sure) who need the prayers and the good mojo.
