Math troubles.

So Derek is lagging in math. THIS is no surprise to me. Dom is ...not happy. What can I say? My natural born negotiator says "You're not good at math either mom" and how do I answer that? So he has to do some catching up and he thinks that will happen with 5 minutes of work in front of the tv. No way my friend.
Then my first born tells me his retainer is not fitting correctly. So I call and make an appointment for an adjustment. Now he's mad at me for calling. If you tell me it doesn't fit I shall take steps to correct it. DWI boy. (Deal With It)
On top of these math woes we have to memorize the states and the capitals and I may say that I am pretty good at geography... that I can do. I am shocking both Dom and Derek at my mad geography skillz.

In other news...what other news... we took a 5 mile bike ride today. We ran all over heaven and earth for therapy my gas light came on in my car (I hate when that happens 2 days before payday!) and I have 3 chapters to read. Joseph got in the car at 3:30. How in the HELL am I suppose to make it to my 4 pm class?!? I am cooking up some ideas.

So now that the lender told us to go shopping...(how weird is that?) it's the oddest thing. Its like finally being engaged. Finally being married. Finally being pregnant. I find myself saying "Ok...now what do I do?" I guess we have to find a house. While I am more than ready to leave this court and these crazy people I am sad that the boys have friends but they can make new ones right? I am excited to leave this house and have one of our own.
We looked at a few today. Sad, empty houses. Sort of the Charlie Brown of houses. They just need a little love and elbow grease and your TLC (that's what the listings always say right?)
