Well since school has started for me and the boys I have been running. Yesterday I got in the car at 2:30 and I did not get home for good till nearly 8pm. I picked Joseph up from school, dropped him and my aunt off at the house (Thanks Aunt Sue) ran to Stockton, came home ran to the post office, ran to the library, (quick trip to the gas station in between there) went to Back to School night and finally made it home just before 8 pm to get the homework and the boys ready for bed. phew.
Today was a bit more low key which is a good thing. Dom and I made the house sparkle. We got Direct Tv after months of talking about it. Blah blah blah.
I am baking brownies and going to watch the Olympics. I have 6 kids playing on my front porch and my dear I don't have that big of a porch. Why are they here? I'll tell you why....because they are always here. Because I give them drinks when it's 100 degree's outside. Because I am making brownies and they can smell them. Because I talk to them. sigh. I am really a very nice mom... most days.
