Sick and Tired

I am sick and tired. Just plain sick and tired.
My blood work came back quickly and something is up. My vitamin D levels are low and I have to go back to the doctor today. Of course I have searched the Internet and see it could be my thyroid. I am glad it's not all in my head. I hope they can help me feel better soon this is horrible. I am just tired to do or care about anything and that's not a great way to be with all that I have and want to get done.
The boys have been great taking care of mama so has Dominic.
My head is killing me, I am extremely fatigued. I hope to feel better soon. This is not fun at all.
