The NEXT step.

So to clear it all up for those that haven't been following this from the beginning. We did call the police when it happened. I was in the school working in Joe's classroom. When I came out of the school the accident had happened and she left the scene. I had no idea how to find her and any information I gave to the police resulted in not much being done.

So I get home today and guess what? I have a call from their insurance company. Justice!
Yes it was crazy what I did yesterday.
Yes I had balls with me for sure.
Don't mess with me. My boys or my stuff. I feel like Dominic bought that car for me. He picked red for the boys. He negotiated the deal all on his own and she messed it up. My gift from my husband. His hard earned over time money and my parents help here and there along they way. It's all money that others have earned and I felt like she just stole it.
I am glad it appears they are doing the right thing. I am sorry it took so long.
Yes there are crazy people out there and some might say I am one of them. Maybe so. But I am not going to be afraid to say what needs to be said or do what needs to be done.

WOOOHOOOO! Maybe their kids guilted them into having a conscience! ;)

That is so great they are doing the right thing. It is sad they needed to be threatened with court to do it. I agree with 'Mommy to those Special Ks', maybe it was their kids that gave them the true wake up call. We must show our children what is right and what is wrong. Hopefully, they've learned a lesson. Kudos to you for standing up for what you believe in.
