Pardon me but I'd like to request a day off please. A day off from being the mom of a disabled child. A day off from speaking with county employees (where do they find these people?!) A day off.
But Joseph doesnt get to take a day off from it so why should I?
I do take days even weeks. (gasp) where I step away from it all.
But there are calls to be made today so I cannot.
