So I had my review at work last night at 4:30. Bob was late as we all knew he would be. So I waited. After my meeting with him which was great I decided to go over to Cold Stone and grab one of those ice cream cakes they have been advertising for Valentines day. I picked the coffee crunch one. Got out my tip money which totalled $8 and prepared to pay. The girlie at the register rang it up and said
"That will be $21.99"
I smiled and pointed that I had the "small"cake, surely she must have rung it up wrong.
She smiled back and said "yes I know"
I put my money back in my wallet and said "Not going to happen" and put the cake back.
Now I know that cake was going to be damn good. But for $21.99 it was gonna have to be like my last meal. NO WAY. Can you believe it? I wonder if I can get the valentine cake on sale today.
I love me some cold stone you all know that but that is insane! Dont you think? My husband, my mother and a few other people would have killed me if I had made the purchase!!!

uh uh! Who pays $22 for a small ice cream cake? I guess people do. Or they wouldn't charge it. Crazy. Absurd.
I wouldn't go there because one bite of that and I may as well kiss WW goodbye. Keep on driving sista. (me telling myself)
