Joseph is eating scrambled eggs and mustard with apple juice. Eww Eww. I mean he is gobbling it down.
I have hurt my neck some how and I cant turn it in too many directions it's very stiff and sore. I took a muscle relaxer last night and felt so much better and thought yeah but by the morning it was really hurting again. UGH!
I am off to a hot shower to see if that helps.
