When we lived in Virginia it was sort of a whole new world for me. I came away from those 3 years with a love for...
thunderstorms...hated them when we first moved there but now I really miss the darn things.
a slower pace on Sundays....
B.Moss ... a wonderful store in the Patrick Henry Mall.
Hardees ... not the hamburgers so much but the morning cinnimon biscuits are to die for!!!
my wonderful friends Jenn and Ivan ... if not the best thing I got to know in Virginia.
and last but not least....
ChickFila... at first I didnt like it.. who puts a pickle on a chicken sandwhich but it grew on me and lordy did it. The sweet tea... the fries, the slaw... so wonderful.
We have a few in California one on the way down to see my mother in law. Its in Chino and in a mall and a real pain in the butt to get to but I stop every time... so good. But now I have found ta da! There is one on the way to my other mother in laws in Rosevile (it's a long story trust me as to why I have SEVERAL mother in laws and only 1 husband) and there is one in Fairfield which is where I will be in a few weeks. YAHOO!!! I cant wait.
Such wonderful news... ok back to cleaning the house.

Many of those things are in Utah, which I miss very much! Hardees had fry sauce (its so much more than mayo and ketchup)and chikfila. Oh, the Hogi Yogi. Ok, now you did it...
I'm just sayin......
I'm just sayin.....
Only sayin........
You always really did love that B Moss store didn't you? Well I'm so very sorry (and I hope this does not mean you're never moving back here but I get the feeling you aren't anyway :) ) to report to you that B Moss is no more at PHM. I will make a concerted effort to look the next time I am there but I'm pretty sure it's gone. That mall has changed drastically. They've added on a new wing, there's a Red Robin there now and a Dick's Sporting Goods and the Hects is going to be a Macy's as of September and just change change change. There's a New York (used to be Lerners long time ago) there and all these other stores it never used to have. AND GUESS WHAT? The other mall, Coliseum, is being torn down. Do you HEAR me? Torn down to make way for a new concept type place that is indoors/outdoors shopping, with running brooks everywhere and eaterys (why can't they just call them restaurants) and blah blah blah. Change change change. Maybe they'll put a B Moss in.
So in closing, I'm just sayin, you know what I'm sayin.

When I went to Virginia, I wasn't that impressed with Chick-filet either. I did love all the Dunkin Donuts there though. My favorite thing about VA though was Williamsburg. Cool place.
