Too old? I hope not.

My age is just about to change. I am getting closer and closer to 40.

I can't tell you how much I LOVE LOVE this outfit. But is it too young for a nearly 40 year old?

Maybe not everything seems pretty decently covered up. I think you get to a point where you just have to act your age. I am not about to pretend I am younger than I am. There is something to be said for age. The wisdom I have accumulated. Wouldn't trade that for anything. The angst I use to have the things that brought me to tears way back when. HA. Had I only knew what was coming. Hang on sister.

I know as some people get older they tend to take the stance that it doesn't matter what others think and they just want to do what they want to do. I think there is something to be said for doing the right thing, the proper thing. To show a bit of respect for traditions, customs, etiquette. Maybe that's just me. Maybe I am getting old. But it's ok I am starting to like Old me better than than the old me that was much younger and not so wise.
