I started my swim class last night and I have to admit, it's not going to be too bad.
You show up any time between 6:30 and 7:15 and swim for 40
minutes and put down how many laps you completed, grab your
stuff and go home.
I swam 2o laps last night at 25 yards each I would say that's not bad.
I was sore the moment I sat foot in the door and this morning
I am moving pretty slow but if you have to take a PE class I recommend this one.
