The last time my dad was in ICU he was recovering from surgery and while this time he is recovering from surgery he's all in the hospital to get well from the leak in his stomach/esophagus. He had a rough day yesterday. They had to give him 2 pints of blood and his NG tube was plugged. Hopefully they'll give him some nutrients today and he'll start to get some strength.

My head hurts, my nose is stuffed, Joe's is runny and Derek has a sore throat. The sun is shining but I don't care. We are in for the day waiting by the phone for updates.
