Joe lost a tooth

Last night Joe's very, very loose tooth came out. He was so scared. Thought it was going to bleed. Thought it was going to hurt. It was lots of drama. So we took a picture and while I was holding his lip down for the picture I just reached and flicked it out. Done. Over. No blood. No mess.
